On 28th February 2026, Ms Hiroko Suzuki, President of QOLF, hosted a working dinner at her private residence, welcoming His Excellency Mr Gilberto Jerónimo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Portuguese Republic, and Dr Yoshihiro Kitamura, Chairman of the Japan Society for Dying with Dignity, Public Interest Incorporated Foundation.
The dinner was held to discuss support for the fund dedicated to inviting Portuguese doctors to Japan, a key initiative of the QOLF 20th Anniversary Academic Symposium & Charity Gala Reception. During the evening, His Excellency expressed his profound gratitude to Dr Kitamura and to QOLF for organizing this meaningful philanthropic endeavour.
