Dinner at the Embassy of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic
2026.02.17
On 17 February 2026, Hiroko Suzuki, President of the Quality of Life Foundation (QoLF), accompanied by members of the Board and the Foundation, attended a dinner hosted by His Excellency Anphey Kindavong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Japan, and his wife.
During the evening, it was agreed that QoLF and the Embassy would continue their ongoing consultations regarding the programme to invite Lao physicians to Japan for clinical training, scheduled for the 2027 fiscal year. Furthermore, the occasion provided a significant opportunity for President Suzuki to express her sincere gratitude to Ambassador Kindavong for his specific briefing regarding the Embassy’s support for our upcoming “20th Anniversary International Medical Exchange Symposium & Charity Gala” this April.
